flava took sussex by storm

Last week we had the best time in Sussex. First we were in Eastbourne at Sussex Downs College with an amazing group of people. We performed and then taught a 2 hour workshop and we all said that the talent from the people there was amazing!!!!!!! We had such a laugh and were made really welcome, so thanks from all of us guys and we hope to see you again soon.

After the workshop was over we then headed back to Brighton to catch up with our manager, Helen. we chilled in the evening preparing for a mental day the next day. We woke up bright and breezy on Thurs and got ready to take some photos with our photographer Simon Green. We then  went round Brighton taking some awesome photos in various locations. Then we had two hours of training ready for the British Champs this weekend and then we wnet up to Brighton Youth Centre to start our launch programme for Sussex. We ran 2 workshops and they were incredible. we were amazed at how good the participants were and we were all buzzing afterwards.

We then had the long journey home and got back at about 4am. All in all it was apretty amazing 2 days . Thanks to everyone who made it possible and we all look forward to working with you all in the future. Cheers Becci xxxxxxx
